He has also contributed to PGA Sports Medicine, covering more than 350 PGA events. LaFountain currently serves as director of chiropractic services for the PGA Tour and president of Professional Sports Care, an organization that provides education and training for chiropractors working with professional and amateur golfers. She is an adjunct professor in Concordia University Chicago鈥檚 doctoral programs, serving on organizational leadership dissertation committees. Dr. Bloom is a diplomate of the International Board of Chiropractic Neurology and the American Board of Chiropractic Sciences, and a fellow of the International Academy of Chiropractic Neurology and the American College of Chiropractors. A former private practitioner in New York and New Jersey, she has provided pro bono neurological consultations and patient advocacy since 1997.

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable.

Tuition fees related to this event are refundable in full prior to the availability of course materials. Cancellations after lecture notes have been made electronically available (including "no shows") are subject to a 50% processing fee per registered session because access to the instructor's intellectual property (i.e. notes) will have already been granted. All refunds must be requested within 7 days of the event鈥檚 completion.

Invalid credit cards are subject to a $10 fee.

All refunds will be processed via check payment and mailed to the registrant's address listed in their profile. Refunds will be processed once per month following the event; therefore, requesters should allow ample time for refund issuance.
